Shipping Information

Shipping is free and we ship worldwide. Insurance is also free for items under $500.00.  After receiving your order we can usually pack and send your purchase within one business day.  Items are packaged in a gift box then double boxed and all parcels require a signature on delivery.

Shipping within Australia - domestic items are registered and insured with Australia Post or sent Express Post Next Business Day.

For goods shipped internationally - we use a range of couriers depending on the value of the item/s.  It takes approximately 3-7 working days to reach most overseas destinations.  Items shipped to overseas destinations are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's laws.  The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

Damaged or lost items - we pack your purchases with great care. In the rare instance where items are damaged in transit please contact us immediately and keep all the packaging.
